  1. What do I need to rent a car with Rent a car 4you?

    You must have at least 21 years old a valid driver's license with a minimum of 1 year old, (please check at booking time for special conditions). You must possess a credit card, not debit card under driver’s name.

  2. Can I pick up the car at any time?

    Depending on the pick up zone the opening hours may be different, check the time table at booking time.

  3. If my flight arrives with delay, how I collect the car?

    Whenever you provide us with your flight number and arrival time, we will be waiting for you with your car. If the delivery is done outside open time an extra charge be apply, (Check at booking time).

  4. May I return the hired car in a different office than the one where collected?

    Yes you can do it, but the rental cost will be increased if the hired period is less than certain days, check the availability and cost involved at booking time.

  5. Can I take the hired car out of Spain or the Islands?

     Yes. It is possible to take the car to France and Andorra. Yoy will need to extend the  insurance cover. It's not possible to take the car aout of the Islands.

  6. What happens if the car suffers any brake down?

    You have a phone number for road assistance.Full instructions are provided with your hire vehicle, telling you what you need to do in the event of a problem occurring with your car.

  7. Do you guarantee a particular model of vehicle?

    The vehicles shown on our website are typical of the most common vehicles that we supply. Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee a specific model, only the group of vehicle selected or similar.

  8. ¿Fuel is included in the price or I need to pay extra for it?

    Customer always pays for the Fuel. Depending on the type of the car and the rental period different fuel policies may be apply. Please read our rental terms and conditions, also check the specific terms and conditions for the car selected at booking time.

  9. Who many people can drive the hired car?

    The hired car can only be driven by people who appear on the rental contract. You can include up to tree possible drivers.

  10. When I receive my booking confirmation?

    After the booking has been sent to us, we will send you the confirmation (that means 24 or 48 hr later). If not, please check your not wanted email folder, usually they remain there. If you have any problem please contact our reservation department.
